Music Room Calendar

NGC Music Room use is open to all GC House Members. The purpose of the calendar is to help minimize scheduling conflicts. If you would like to be added to the calendar, please email gchouse@princeton.edu and we will add you!  
General Scheduling Guidelines:
– Please be considerate and not monopolize use.
– All calendar event owners are expected to respond by email and negotiate use of the room. Please reach out to those who have scheduled time directly.
– Issues should be raised at least 1 week in advance.
– If you schedule events greater than 2 months in advance, or have more than 2 bookings or 5 hours total during any 7-day period, you should be especially willing to negotiate and cede time to others.
– Please be willing to vacate the room on ~5 min notice if an event is scheduled.
– The room should be used only for practicing music.
